Here's your local news at a glance for Friday, the 28th of November.
Good morning, Jupiter.
🏘️ Community
On Thursday at 1:33 p.m., Palm Beach International Airport said that all parking lots were full and urged travelers to use taxis, rideshare services, or Palm Tran until space opened—forcing a switch to alternative transit methods.
🏛️ Government
On Nov. 20, Palm Beach officials and residents met with Rep. Lois Frankel to share concerns over a new no-fly zone at Mar-a-Lago that rerouted most flights over neighborhoods, causing frequent noise and oily soot on outdoor furniture.
Local leaders said they would explore legal options and work with the Secret Service to address these issues (the restrictions remain in effect 24/7 until October 2026).
