  • A federal shutdown has strained food assistance programs and left many families with less money for pet food since SNAP benefits cannot be used for animals.   • Palm Beach County School District will adopt new AI guidelines for students and staff, starting with an AI workshop at the board meeting on Wednesday. The policy allows students to use AI for learning if teachers permit it while district staff must use district-approved tools and attend training on Dec 10 before full adoption by Feb 18.  WPBF
