ENVIRONMENT NEWS

  • A king tide cycle—with the full moon on November 5 and onshore winds—will cause sunny day flooding in low-lying coastal areas later tonight and possibly into tomorrow morning. Scattered showers and gusty winds will add changeable conditions to the region.  WPBF

HEALTH NEWS

  • Six South Florida restaurants were ordered shut after state inspectors found rodent droppings and live insects in food production areas, including a bagel shop that had over 150 insects and 190 droppings.
