Good morning, Jupiter.

The Town of Jupiter declared November 2 as Kellie Gerardi Day to honor native astronaut Kellie Gerardi who became the 90th woman to visit space on a Virgin Galactic flight in 2023; she is preparing for her second space flight with an all-female crew—this honor recognizes her status as a local inspiration.

Jupiter will celebrate Kellie Gerardi Day on November 2 as the community honors the local astronaut who first launched with Virgin Galactic in November 2023 and recently accepted the 2025 Women of the Year award.
