  • Ella Axtell, a high school junior from The Benjamin School, started Gear For Goals to donate soccer equipment to kids who might not have the chance to play. She partners with Families First and Place of Hope and hosts clinics at Jack Nicklaus Children’s Hospital—she is also planning trips to Costa Rica and Kenya.  CBS12 News

CULTURE NEWS

  • Palm Beach Symphony announced its 2025–26 Masterworks Concert Series will start November 9 at the Kravis Center in West Palm Beach and will feature renowned guest artists including Shelly Berg and Emanuel Ax. The symphony held a children’s concert on October 5 at Maltz Jupiter Theatre — and will offer Lunch & Learn sessions before upcoming shows.  Palm Beach Daily News
