Here's your local news at a glance for Monday, the 6th of October.
Good morning, Jupiter.
📰 Economy
In September, 104 restaurants across Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast took part in Flavor South Florida—an event that is extending into October due to high demand.
The celebration is expected to bring a million-dollar economic impact as many venues doubled or tripled their menu sales.
📰 Real Estate
A homeowner in Jupiter is warning against a proposed HOA amendment that would let the board impose new fees, lease termination rights, occupancy limits, and a $1200 security deposit—rules that may not apply fully to current owners under the law from July.
The changes could affect leasing options and raise concerns for future home sales.
