- ➤ Palm Beach County district schools, including Palm Beach Public Elementary School at 239 Cocoanut Row that serves 370 K-5 students, will resume classes on Aug. 11 — over 180 campuses reopen for the new school year. Motorists near school zones must slow to 15 mph — designated drop-off hours are from 6:55 to 8 a.m. and 1:45 to 3:30 p.m. — on school days. Palm Beach Daily News
