- ➤ Riviera Beach Police and U.S. Marshals searched a home at 1650 West 14th Street on Thursday, recovering five guns, fentanyl, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia and arresting 20-year-old Jarel Howard for multiple firearm and narcotics charges—he was later booked into Palm Beach County Jail.
