- ➤ Kathleen Barnes, a 47-year-old Jupiter woman, was arrested on Wednesday after allegedly swapping old blow-driers for new ones at a Palm Beach Gardens Ulta on December 29 and giving her own phone number at checkout—police reported she stole over $1,000 in products while having a history of similar shoplifting stunts.
