  • After 12-year-old Rico Roundtree died March 13 in an e-bike accident near the Paseos neighborhood, Palm Beach Police warned parents to ensure children follow safety rules that require bikes to have pedals, stay under 750 watts and 28 mph, and use helmets if under 16.  Palm Beach Daily News
