ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • Just before 8 p.m. near Indian Creek Parkway and Pennock Lane, a vehicle struck an e-bike carrying two juveniles—one died at the scene while the other was hospitalized as the driver received minor injuries and authorities closed the roadway from Military Trail to Central Boulevard, seeking public assistance.  WPBF

  • The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service advises eating certain invasive species—such as feral hogs, iguanas, lionfish, and bullseye snakehead fish—to protect native wildlife, while warning against consuming Burmese pythons due to high mercury levels.  Palm Beach Daily News

  • The IRS has approved several unusual tax deductions—including pet moving expenses, boat repairs, and clarinet lessons to correct overbites—as part of the upcoming 2024-25 tax season.
