Movement • Posture • Chiropractic • Recovery A 90-minute interactive experience designed to help you better understand how your body moves, where it may be compensating, and what you can do to feel and move better. Jaclyn will guide you through posture, alignment and intentional movement, followed by an open Q&A with chiropractor Anthony. Guests will also have the opportunity to experience hands-on soft tissue work and laser therapy with Anthony. Come ready to move, learn, ask questions and reconnect with your body.
