Join our Adult Beginner Jazz Dance class at Ballet Florida! This fun and supportive environment welcomes both newcomers and those rejoining after a break. What to Expect: -Dynamic Warm-up: Begin with invigorating warm-up that includes stretching, isolation exercises, and strengthening moves to prepare your body - Technique & Style: Dive into the fundamentals of jazz, exploring body isolations, footwork, and rhythm to experience the energy of the dance form. - Choreography: Conclude with a routine that combines performance qualities with the technique learned, allowing you to showcase your progress and creativity each week. Attire: - Comfortable dance-wear (leotard, tights, dance pants/leggings, tank tops) - Jazz shoes preferred, ballet shoes are ok as well - Water bottle Whether you’re new or coming back to dance, bring your enthusiasm for movement!
